I will guide you through pre-built tools, that will continue to help you see your business in a new way, providing skills to last beyond 2027. What this is? - Mapping the entire year Jan 1st – December 31st. Giving you an overview of ALL actions required across the business. - Briefly cover setting your vision, mission, purpose. Before diving into creating a clear, unique roadmap for your business, you'll be guided to build, and create your own tool that can live on beyond 2027. - Using excel you will be trained in how to utilise the document, we/I will NOT use AI, the critical thinking comes from 16 years working with founders in creative industries, entrepreneurs across consumer and service based sectors. - A six-week programme with five weekly 90-minute group workshops and one 90-minute individual mentoring session in the final week.
