ABOUT ME

I spent the early part of my career in luxury retail, working with both established businesses and joining founders at start-ups. It was an education in rigour, scale and learning what it takes to build a brand that endures.

Leading global expansion into 40 countries, opening retail stores and building omni-channel strategies, I've worked at every stage of brand growth. At 24, I took on a GM role for the Americas, relocating to New York and transforming a single-category business into a lifestyle brand with a lasting global presence.

Like many ambitious people who give everything to their work, the personal cost was something nobody talked about. The loneliness of responsibility, the pressure to keep delivering, the quiet question of whether any of it meant something beyond the bottom line. I learnt the hard way, costing me my health, physical and emotional.

I've supported many early-stage entrepreneurs through advisory and consulting roles. It's here I began to see a pattern I recognised from my own experience. Founders who don't realise that their emotions were quietly shaping their decisions and their capacity to lead from a place of knowing themselves, rather than pressure.

Since 2023, I've been training to become a Bach flower remedy practitioner. These gentle, natural remedies, alongside other wellbeing modalities, brought me back to myself, and in doing so, I found my purpose.

Today my mentoring holds everything I've learned, commercially and personally. Because I know what it feels like to build something without the support that every founder deserves.
